Load Balancer of Livemark Service

This extension replace components/nsLivemarkService.js, and change method of Loading Livemarks.
Default, we read 1 Livemark / 3sec. If you want to change this,

browser.bookmarks.livemark_refresh_delay_time

rehresh span. unit is second. minimam value is 1. default is 3.

browser.bookmarks.livemark_refresh_limit_count

number of Livemarks refleshing same time. minimam value is 1. default is 1.

example

when browser.bookmarks.livemark_refresh_delay_time is 5 and browser.bookmarks.livemark_refresh_limit_count is 3, we reflesh 3 livemarks / 5sec.
